Dave graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and has received the Charter Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant degrees from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Independent Insurance Agents, and is the president of the Madison Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Mosher has served on many agents advisory groups.
On Wednesday, March 1, 2000, Mosher announced that Gordee Insurance, Monroe; Community Insurance, Evansville; and BNG Insurance, New Glarus had merged to form Mosher & associates Insurance Services, Inc.
Mosher has been the owner of the Gordee Agency since 1994, of Community Insurance since 1996 and BNG Insurance since 1998.
Mosher is active in the area and currently serves as board president for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, board member of the Monroe Clinic and Hospital Foundation, president of the New Glarus Chamber of Commerce, and is also a member of the the Green County Steering Committee Healthy Solutions. Mosher was a long time member of the YMCA Board, and past president of Kiwanis, Jaycees and the United Way. He is a founder of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Green County, past campaign chairman of the United Way and active with the high school Key Club.
Dave and his wife Jo Ellen reside in Monroe and have three children, Teresa, Scott, and Amy.
