Mosher & Associates COVID 19 Update

We’re in unprecedented times as the world seeks to limit the impact of COVID-19. Much of the world has shut down in an effort to keep communities safe and minimize spread of the virus.

As we respond to this pandemic, it’s important remember the difference between “prudent” and “panic” and take reasonable measures without succumbing to fear. The actions being taken, the cancellations of many events, and the closing of many establishments may seem dramatic, but they’re rooted in common sense.

Mosher & associates is taking precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of our employees and clients while ensuring we can continue to operate with full capabilities. In order to do our part to implement social distancing, these changes have been made at all our locations.

•Effective Wednesday, March 18, our buildings are closed to visitors. If you typically drop off payment, please call first and we will help make arrangements to ensure your policies are paid on-time.

•Please call us if you need to start a claim

•Also, by Wednesday, March 18, many associates who can work from home will do so. We have infrastructure in place so you will notice no difference in service.

•In addition, policy renewal and review meetings will be conducted over the phone rather than in person. We will make sure your policies are mailed to you at your home or business.

Maintaining a high level of service to you continues to be our primary goal. We recognize there will be challenges during this period of time. You can contact our associates using regular phone numbers and emails.

Again, it’s important to remember that the focus is on limiting transmission; even those who aren’t experiencing symptoms may infect others. As insurance agents we know the best time to reduce losses is before they happen, and the more we keep that in mind, the sooner we’ll be able to get back to our normal lives.

Stay healthy,

Scott Mosher
